How It Works

Step 1 – Fill the Application Form

Submit your business and project details through our online form. This helps us understand your objectives and evaluate your readiness for a Shopify store setup.

Step 2 – Application Review & Evaluation

Our team will review your submission within 24–48 hours. If your application is approved, we will notify you and share the onboarding process.

Step 3 – Submit Brand Assets

Once selected, you’ll need to provide your brand logo, written content, product images, and listings. We will guide you through the asset submission process to ensure everything is in place.

Step 4 – Evaluation of Submitted Assets & Final Approval

Once we receive your brand assets (logo, content, product listings, images, etc.), our team will conduct a thorough review to ensure they meet the required quality standards for store design. If any material is missing, incomplete, or does not meet our quality criteria, you will be notified via email to make necessary corrections.
Please note: due to the high volume of applications, this evaluation process may take 15–20 business days. If the submitted assets fail to meet our creative and content standards after review, the project will be declined and will not move forward.

Step 5 – Shopify Store Access & Subscription

You’ll receive access to your Shopify store account. You must activate your store by subscribing to the annual Shopify plan to move forward with the setup.

Step 6 – Store Design & Setup (7 Days)

Once the subscription is active and brand assets are received, our design and development team will build your Shopify store. The complete store setup will be delivered within 7 business days.

Step 7 – Final Review, Live Revisions & Training

After store delivery, you will receive a 1-hour live Google Meet session for walkthrough, final revisions, and operational training. You'll also gain access to our eCommerce knowledge base and tutorials to help manage your store confidently.

Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms before applying for the Free Shopify Store Setup Plan by GeoConnect. Acceptance of these terms is mandatory to proceed with the setup.

1. Zero Setup Fee
   GeoConnect will not charge any service fee for the initial Shopify store setup. However, the client must subscribe to a 1-year Shopify plan, which is paid directly to Shopify.
2. Mandatory Shopify Subscription
   If the client fails to activate the Shopify store with a 1-year paid subscription, the project will be considered void and automatically cancelled.
3. Theme Policy
   Free Shopify themes will be used under this plan. If the client prefers a paid premium theme, they must purchase it directly from Shopify and provide access before development begins.
4. Scope of Design

• Up to 3 main pages (Home, Product, Collection, About, Contact) and basic policy pages will be configured.
• Store setup includes standard layout adjustments only — no custom coding or complex design work will be performed.
• Advanced customizations, third-party integrations, or custom features fall outside the scope of this free plan and may require a paid upgrade.

5. Content & Assets
   Clients must provide complete content, including text, product listings, images, DOmain Access, etc.
   GeoConnect will provide:
• 2 homepage banners (standard static or promotional designs)
• Assistance with structuring content in Shopify sections
6. Revisions
   One round of live revisions is included during the 1-hour post-launch Google Meet session. 
7. App Integrations
   Essential Shopify apps (free) will be installed. Paid or advanced app setup is not included.
8. Delivery Timeline
   Upon receiving all brand assets and confirmation of Shopify subscription, the store will be delivered within 7 business days.
9. Eligibility & Approval
   GeoConnect reserves the right to approve or reject applications based on business readiness, asset quality, and alignment with Shopify-supported business models.
10. Ownership & Access
    The client will retain full ownership of the Shopify account and store post-setup.
