Q1. What is GeoConnect?
GeoConnect is a curated Shopify services marketplace offering clearly defined, fixed-price microservices including setup, design, development, audits, and troubleshooting. It's designed to deliver rapid, high-quality Shopify solutions with minimal manual intervention.

Q2. Who is GeoConnect for?
Our services are ideal for D2C brands, ecommerce founders, and Shopify store owners who need expert-level assistance in small, well-scoped areas—without committing to large retainers or full-agency projects.

🔹 Booking & Payment

Q4. How do I book a service?
Simply choose a service from our catalog, add it to cart, and complete the checkout. After payment, you’ll receive an onboarding email asking for account access and project details.

Q5. What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and international cards are accepted through our secure checkout.

Q6. Can I get a refund after booking?
No. Due to the digital nature and scoped effort of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been booked.


🔹 After Booking

Q7. What happens after I book a service?
You’ll receive an email asking for:

  • Account access (Shopify Collaborator Code, Admin, etc.)

  • Issue description or requirement details

  • References/examples (if needed)

  • Any required assets (like images or text)

Q8. When will my service start?
The turnaround time (TAT) begins only after we’ve received all required information and accesses.

Q9. How will you communicate with me?
All communication is done via email only, unless a specific service includes a meeting or other channel.

Q10. Can I talk to someone on the phone or WhatsApp?
No. We do not offer phone or WhatsApp support for any microservices. This helps us streamline workflows and keep pricing affordable.


🔹 Service Delivery & Revisions

Q11. How long will it take to deliver my service?
Each service clearly mentions its TAT. It ranges from 24 hours to 5 business days, depending on complexity.

Q12. What if I want changes after delivery?
We offer one-time revisions for each service, provided they are within the original scope of work.

Q13. Do I get any support after delivery?
Yes, we offer 3-day post-delivery support for bug fixes and functionality issues related to the delivered scope.


🔹 Scope, Customisation & Add-ons

Q14. Can I request extra work or features beyond the listed service?
No. Only the defined scope of service will be delivered. For additional work, you must book a relevant add-on or new service.

Q15. Can I book multiple services together?
Yes, you can add multiple services to your cart and check out at once. They’ll be handled separately as per their individual SOPs and TATs.

Q16. Can I subscribe for ongoing support or strategy?
Yes. We will be launching monthly recurring plans, consulting services, and strategy-led offerings soon under GeoConnect.


🔹 Technical & Access

Q17. Is my data and store information safe?
Yes. We request only the necessary access (Shopify Collaborator, etc.) and handle all information securely through our internal SOPs.

Q18. What if I delay sending access or information?
Your service delivery will be on hold. TAT starts only after we receive all necessary accesses and details.

Q19. What if my request is more complex than expected?
If a request is outside the defined service scope, we’ll suggest alternatives or request you to book an additional service.


🔹 Legal & Policy

Q20. Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
We aim to deliver quality services per scope, with one revision and 3-day bug support. However, due to the nature of digital services, satisfaction guarantees or refunds are not applicable.

Q21. Can I cancel a service before it's started?
No. Once booked, a service cannot be cancelled or refunded. You’re responsible for reviewing deliverables and scope before purchasing.
